3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed on a date, time, and service scope.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

All quotes provided are based on the information you supply about your property and requirements. The final price may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

We are committed to providing a thorough, professional cleaning service. All our cleaners are vetted, trained, and fully insured.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for our cleaning team. Please ensure that any valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items are secured before the clean.

You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, allergies, or special requirements before the service commences.

7. Liability

While we take every care, Aurix Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by defective or ageing fixtures and fittings.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the service provided. We maintain appropriate insurance cover for our operations.
